Jonah has over 20 years of experience in property management, commercial real estate and mortgage lending. He specializes in land acquisition and development, but has experience in all aspects of real estate. He became a managing broker in 2003 and has owned and managed his own real estate company since 2006. Jonah currently holds a managing broker’s license and a mortgage officer’s license. He is the managing partner of Novaestone Investment. owner of SIA Loan Services and SIA Development & Construction, SRE Smart Real Estate Washington and its mortgage division, SRE Mortgage Solution.
