Mr. Jason Lee holds a B.S. in International Finance and an M.S. in Engineering and is also a FINRA Authorized Stockbroker Representative and Registered Investment Advisor (Series 7 license, Series 63 license and Series 65 license). He was previously associated with an SEC registered full service investment bank, Primary Capital LLC and Federal Covered Advisor Interactive Brokers LLC, also a member of the FDIC. Mr. Lee has been involved in the EB-5 industry for over 9 years and has been involved in several EB-5 projects through his work with various regional centers. Mr. Lee has successfully managed several private equity funds ($30 million funds) focused on energy development and real estate development. He now provides wealth management services to clients through Novaestone Investment.
